It is an old notary's office transformed into residential accommodation that maintains the charm of a secret and intimate place, far from the hustle and bustle of the city

DESCRIPTION

Once inside, one can immediately admire the paintings that recreate the iconic alleys of the area, an elegant idea to suggest to the guest what to visit nearby. In the side door we immediately have the bathroom, finely decorated, with a large and comfortable shower. Down the hallway, on the other hand, the mirrored door will immerse the guest in a unique location, all covered with antique wood, wooden beams, carpets and crystal (not suitable for those with dust allergies).

The main part of the house is an open-plan studio apartment (there is no separate bedroom) with a loft and features a small living room with an island desk, a main sofa bed where you can sleep, a dining area with a table, and a small kitchen carved out in the crawl space ideal for quick meals

In the loft (1.90 high) we find another small sitting room, cupboards, another TV and a large work table

The house is on the second floor, with no elevator, but being in the heart of the alleys of Campo De Fiori, sunlight penetrates through the windows only during part of the day.
