The Space

The apartment Gli Archi sul Borgo is located at the entrance to Castelnuovo di Porto, on the main street leading to the old village, named Borgo d'Italia 2023.

The house is self-contained, offering a small library at the entrance in classical style, while an impressive staircase leads to the upper floor. Here beyond the living area with sofas, dining table and TV, opens the wonderful terrace overlooking the valley, where you can relax at sunset or early morning light with a good tea.

On the opposite side we have a large kitchen area with everything you may need for cooking.

Finally, in the quieter area of the property are the three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The rooms are large, spacious with wardrobe closets and desks for working or studying. The bathrooms are complete, with shower and bathtub

Access for guests

Guests may use all spaces in the facility while respecting the neighbors who live below our apartment and following the rules of good manners when on the terrace.

Other things to keep in mind

- Communicate your arrival time in advance (this is not a hotel and there is NOT a 24-hour concierge)

- Show documents upon arrival for registration with the proper authorities

- Respect the environment and do not litter from the terrace

- Maintain appropriate clothing when using the terrace and do not make noise so as not to disturb the neighborhood

- Be very careful on the stairs
