Other things to keep in mind

1) No h24 concierge: it is important to know your arrival time because the property does not have a front desk, nor self check-in.

- STANDARD CHECK-IN from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. with the possibility of requesting an - EARLY CHECK-IN for free starting at 11:30 a.m

- LATE CHECK-IN (8 p.m. to 10 p.m.) and NIGHT CHECK-IN (10 p.m. to midnight) are services subject to availability and incur an additional charge.

2) Document Registration: when checking in, you are required to check documents that have already been registered in advance in our web concierge. It is extremely important to do this as it is required by Italian law.

3) Signing the short rental contract: in our web concierge you can sign the short rental contract required for our type of license. It is a summary of the listing and the rules to be followed

4) During your stay you can ask the Co-Host Now agency staff for services at an additional cost, such as transfers to/from the airport, birthday cakes, flowers, and anything else that might make your stay happy.
