The space

Casa di Nonna Ro is a traditional apartment located in the vibrant heart of Testaccio, a neighborhood still lived in by Romans and students.

Its strong point is its tranquility, the spaciousness of the rooms, and the area: the large tree-lined square offers spots to relax in the shade of the large trees, and the many cafes and small restaurants offer solutions for eating comfortably and having aperitifs after a long walk around Rome

Access for guests

Guests have the entire house at their disposal

Other things to keep in mind

1) standard check-in from 3 to 8 p.m

2) early check-in from 12 noon, but this is a service subject to availability

3) late check-in from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. +€20

4) night check-in from 10 pm to midnight +40€

5) will be required to show documents to be registered by the guest via our app linked to the relevant authorities

6) it is required to respect the silence in the stairs and in the condominium garden

7) to respectfully use the elevator

8) not to make noise after 9 p.m. or before 8 a.m

9) if keys are lost there is a 10€ fine

10) if the keys are left inside and our presence is needed the cost is 20€
